Every project, scored on safety, quality, time, cost and contracts. Straight from the tools you already use, waiting for you every morning.
18 days behind. Extension of time claim not yet lodged.
Safety · Quality · Time · Cost · Contracts
Safety sits in one platform, RFIs and documents in another, budgets in a third, cash in the accounts. None of them agree on what a project is called.
Someone senior spends days pulling screenshots and spreadsheets into a board pack that's out of date before it's read.
By the time a project shows up late, over budget or past a contract time bar, the options to fix it have gone.
We read from the systems you already use, match every project across them, and score each one against thresholds you set. You get one dashboard, on your phone, your laptop or the boardroom screen.
Reads each source, matches projects across systems, and scores each pillar red, amber or green.
Refreshed daily. Project health and business health, one login.
Every project is scored on the same five pillars. Each score comes with two kinds of measure, so you see what already happened and what's about to.
| Pillar | Lead indicators | Lag indicators |
|---|---|---|
| Safety | Site inspections completed, toolbox talks held, SWMS current, near misses reported | Incidents, lost-time injuries, injury frequency rate |
| Quality | Inspection and test plans signed off on time, first-time pass rate | Open defects, non-conformances, rework cost |
| Time | RFIs open and ageing, approvals pending, long-lead items ordered | Days ahead or behind programme, milestones missed |
| Cost | Committed cost against budget, cost to complete, contingency left | Forecast margin, cost overrun |
| Contracts | Notices and time bars coming due, extension of time claims in progress, payment claims due | Disputed variations, rejected claims, late payments |
Every live job rolls up into four company-wide views.
Who owes you, for how long, and the retentions still held.
Progress claims against cost to date, so nothing sits unbilled.
What's out, what's won, and your win rate by job type.
Hours and subcontractor spend against the estimate.
Every figure below is an example, not a real business. Pick a project to see the indicators behind its score.

Builders have been burned by software rollouts. This isn't one. Your people keep using the systems they know. We sit over the top and read from them.
We map every system you use and the numbers you report on today. You'll know on the call which of your systems we can connect.
Read-only access to each source. We match every project across them and agree with you what counts as red, amber and green on each pillar.
We walk your leadership team through the first dashboard, then refine it with you until it replaces the monthly report.
No. The dashboard sits on top of what you already use. If a system can't be connected, we tell you on the first call rather than after you've signed.
On the accounting side, Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. For project management, safety, quality and document control platforms, it depends on what you run and what access your plan includes. We check yours on the first call and only commit to what we can connect.
Lag indicators tell you what already happened: an injury, a defect, a cost overrun. Lead indicators warn you it's coming: inspections missed, RFIs ageing, a time bar three days away. Lag shows the score. Lead gives you time to change it.
You do, with us. We set thresholds for each pillar during setup, so a red on your dashboard means what red means in your business.
No. Access is read-only. We read figures out; nothing gets written back into your books or your project records.
You decide. Most builders give directors the full view and give project managers their own projects only.
That depends on how many systems you run and how many projects you track. You'll get a clear monthly figure after the first call, before you commit to anything.
Tell us what you run today. We'll come back within one business day, ready to map your systems on the call.
